## Overview

Cancelling your account closes down your organisation's SuperPath platform. There is no self-serve cancel button — cancelling is handled by our support team, who confirm the request with you before anything changes. This article explains how to request cancellation and what happens once it's processed.

## How to cancel your account

1. Email the SuperPath support team at [support@superpath.io](mailto:support@superpath.io) to request cancellation.
2. The team will respond within 24 hours to confirm your request.

> **Note:** You can also find this cancellation pathway in the app under **Settings → General**, in the **Delete account** section, which links to the support team.

## Things to keep in mind

* Once your account is cancelled, everyone in your organisation will lose access to SuperPath.
* All billing will stop.
* Your data will be deleted within 60 days of cancellation.
* If you change your mind, email the support team to reactivate your account.

## FAQs

**How long does cancellation take to confirm?**
The support team will respond within 24 hours of your email with a confirmation.

**What happens to my data after I cancel?**
Your data is deleted within 60 days of cancellation. Once cancelled, no one in your organisation will be able to access SuperPath.

**Can I reactivate my account after cancelling?**
Yes. Email the support team at [support@superpath.io](mailto:support@superpath.io) to reactivate.

## Who can do this

Cancellation is processed by the SuperPath support team once you email them. Because it closes your whole organisation's platform, the request should come from an account **Owner**. The in-app **Delete account** pathway sits under **Settings → General**, which only **Owners** and **Admins** can reach.
