# How to Contact Our Team

Have an issue, a question or a suggestion? There are two ways to reach us:

* **Chat with us in SuperPath** — click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
* **Email us** — write to [support@superpath.io](mailto:support@superpath.io).

> **Note:** The in-app chat bubble is only available on desktop, and your account can control which roles see it (**Settings → Features → SuperPath Support**). Email always works, whatever your role.

## Who can do this
Anyone can email [support@superpath.io](mailto:support@superpath.io). Access to the in-app chat depends on your account's chat support setting, which **Owners** and **Admins** can change under **Settings → Features**.
