## Overview
Duplicating a Course gives you a copy you can reuse and edit without rebuilding it from scratch — handy when you want to create a variation of an existing lesson or use one as a starting point for the next. The copy is added to your Library alongside the original.

## How to duplicate a course
1. Open the Course you want to copy.
2. Click **Duplicate lesson** in the top-right menu.

The Course is duplicated and the copy appears in your Library, ready for you to open and edit.

## Things to keep in mind
* The copy is a separate item — editing it does not change the original.
* The duplicate is added to your own Library.

## Who can do this
Duplicating a Course creates a new item in your Library, so it follows the same access as creating content: **Owners**, **Admins**, **Managers**, **Content Managers** and **Instructors** can do it. **People Managers**, **Employees** and **Restricted** users cannot.
