How to Resync Users with HRIS Integration (foundU, HiBob, EmploymentHero,)
The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to resync their HRIS integration with SuperPath. HRIS integration is a way to keep your employee data and learning records up to date and accurate but over time, or after certain system changes, you might find that your HRIS integration needs a little nudge to get everything flowing smoothly again.
To Resync Users just follow the steps below:
- STEP 1 - On the left side of SuperPath navigate to the People tab and select which user you want to resync.
- STEP 2 - Once you've chosen which user you want to resync, click on their name. The plug icon indicates that they are synced to your HRIS.
- STEP 3 - To resync, click on Actions on the upper right side of their profile and select Resync with "HRIS". A notification will pop up once you've successfully resynced the user.
