How to View Knowledge Articles in List or Grid View

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how they can switch between a list or grid view of Knowledge Articles. Having access to both type of views allows for easier navigation within the library specially when looking for a specific article.

To switch between list or grid view follow the steps below:

• STEP 1 - To access the knowledge base, locate and click on the 'Knowledge' section in the left-hand navigation menu of SuperPath. From there, you can browse and select the specific category of information you wish to explore.

• STEP 2 - Inside, you'll see icons to switch between List View and Grid View. Opt for the List View for a detail-oriented, linear display, or select the Grid View for a more visual, organized layout, depending on your preference for how information is presented.
