Overview

The Billing settings are where you manage your plan and billing for SuperPath. At the top of the page you can see the details of your current plan, including the number of licences being used. The number of licences used changes automatically when people are added or deactivated in SuperPath.

Some plans include a base number of users as part of the monthly fee. If you add more people than the allocation, you simply pay an additional set fee per user per month, as specified in the plan details.

How to change your plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. In the Plans section, select the new plan from the list and click Select Plan.
  3. Click Confirm change to change your plan.

Your plan is updated and your new billing takes effect immediately.

Note: To change to a paid plan you must have an active credit card.

Things to keep in mind

  • Plan changes take effect immediately, and your billing updates at the same time.
  • The number of licences used adjusts automatically as people are added or deactivated.
  • Self-serve plan changes are available for monthly plans. If you are on a contract plan, contact your account manager to make changes.

FAQs

When does my new plan take effect?
Immediately. Your plan and billing update as soon as you confirm the change.

Do I need a credit card to move to a paid plan?
Yes. You must have an active credit card on file before changing to a paid plan.

What happens if I add more users than my plan includes?
You pay an additional set fee per extra user per month, as specified in your plan details.

Who can do this

Owners can change the plan. The Billing tab appears only for users who can manage the subscription, which is the Owner role. Admins can reach other Settings areas but do not see the Billing tab, and Managers, Content Managers, People Managers, Instructors, Employees and Restricted users cannot access Settings at all.
