What points are awarded?
The purpose of this article is to explain how points are awarded in SuperPath's gamification feature. It provides instructions on enabling gamification, viewing point allocations, and adjusting point values and daily limits for various actions, such as completing learning paths or commenting. This ensures organisations can customise point systems to motivate and engage employees effectively.
Click "Gamification"
If Gamification is not enabled, toggle the to green to activate.
To view what points are being awarded, click on 'show more'.
You can award points for completion of various actions by your employees. Both the points awarded and the daily limit can be updated.
Points can be awarded for:
Completing a learning path
Sign-in to SuperPath
Writing a comment
Completing a self-assigned learning assignment
Completing a learning assignment
Completing a self-assigned learning pathway.
To update the number of points you would like to award for a particular action, update the number or use the '-' and '+' buttons to adjust.
Once again, update the number or use the '-' and '+' buttons to adjust the daily limit.
