How to create an event

In this tutorial we are going to cover how to track and manage learning events in SuperPath

At SuperPath we believe that every learning counts - so tracking learning events is key to ensuring you track conferences, external courses, training sessions or even regular mentoring sessions for your teams.

1. Navigate to Events on the left hand side menu

2. Click on Create Event

3. Enter the title of the event

4. Enter a description for the event



This is a rich text editor, so you are able to enter formatted text here like bolding or bullet points. We encourage you to add as much detail about the event as possible such as agenda, attendees, learning outcomes or any other details.

5. Select a date and time for the event

6. Check all day event (optional)



If the event is an all day event OR, the event takes place over multiple days. select the All Day checkbox. This will allow you to enter the end date and time of the event.

7. Enter a location for the event (optional)



This could could be the address of the event, a meeting room name or even a video conference link

8. Add an image (optional)



To add an image, hover over the current image and click the button in the bottom right corner. Here you can upload your own image OR, you can search and choose from a preloaded library of images - this may be the easiest option

9. Click on Choose from Unsplash

10. Type a term to search for images and select and image

11. You event has now been created
