Overview

Developing learning content is hard and time consuming — not anymore. The SuperPath AI Course Builder empowers you to build beautiful, engaging and fully customised Courses in minutes. By default it's available to Owners and Admins, and your organisation can extend access to Managers too.

Turning it on and choosing who can use it

1. Go to Settings → Features and find the AI features section.
2. Turn on Enable the AI course builder.
3. Under Who can use the AI course builder, choose Admins only (the default) or Admins and managers.

Note: There's no licence or per-Manager assignment involved — this single setting controls access for your whole organisation.

Things to keep in mind

• The AI Course Builder doesn't use per-Manager licences — access is controlled entirely by the Who can use the AI course builder setting in Settings → Features.
• Setting it to Admins and managers gives access to Managers, Content Managers and People Managers, not just Managers.
• Instructors aren't covered by either setting and can't use the AI Course Builder.

FAQs

How much does the AI Course Builder cost?
Nothing extra — there's no licence or per-user cost. It's included for Owners and Admins by default, and you can extend access to Managers from Settings → Features.

Where do I turn on Manager access?
In Settings → Features, set Who can use the AI course builder to Admins and managers.

Do I need to assign anything to individual Managers?
No. The AI Course Builder doesn't use licences or per-person assignment — access is controlled by a single organisation-wide setting.

Who can do this

Owners and Admins can use the AI Course Builder whenever it's enabled. Managers, Content Managers and People Managers can too, but only when Who can use the AI course builder is set to Admins and managers. Instructors, Employees and Restricted users cannot.
