Assigning Learning to Competencies or Behaviours
The purpose of this article is to provide step-by-step guidance on assigning learning resources to specific competencies or behaviours within a roadmap. It details how to locate roles, add relevant learning types (Pathway, Event, or Content), and publish the updates. This ensures that learning is effectively linked to key skills and behaviours for enhanced development opportunities.
Navigate to https://app.superpath.io/roadmaps
Locate and click on the role you wish to add learning to.
Click on the behaviour box for the Role/Competency will be assigned learning.
Click "Learnings"
Click "Add Learning"
Click the "Select learning type" field.
Click on the learning that you wish to assign, Pathway, Event or Content.
To locate the learning, click in the "Search content from library" field and enter your search term to locate the content.
Click on the content you are adding from the search results.
Click "Add Learning"
In the Behaviours box you will now see the Learning that you have just added.
Continue to add learning for all Role/Competencies.
Click "Unpublished"
Click on the "Unpublished" button and select "Publish".
