Create from a Blank Roadmap
The purpose of this article is to guide users through the process of creating a customised roadmap from scratch. It provides step-by-step instructions for defining roles, adding competencies and behaviours, and entering detailed descriptions to build a complete career roadmap. This ensures flexibility and precision when creating tailored roadmaps to meet specific organisational or team requirements.
- Navigate to https://app.superpath.io/dashboard
- Click "Roadmaps"
- Click "Create Roadmap"
- Click "Create Blank Roadmap"
- Enter the role you are creating in the "New roadmap" text box.
- Enter the first role where it states "Level 1".
- Below that, enter your description for the role.
Continue for all roles within this career roadmap.
- After you have entered all of your roles, start to add the competencies for the role.
- Below that, enter your description for the competency.
Continue for all competencies within this career roadmap.
- To add the behaviours for each competency/role, click in the box you wish to update.
- When the pop up window opens, click "Behaviours"
- Click the "Type to add behaviours" field, add your first behaviour and press 'Enter' before adding any subsequent behaviours.
- Complete for all Roles/Competencies.
- Once you have completed all behaviours, click the "Unpublished" button and select "Publish".
