How to Delete a Pathway

This guide explains how to delete a pathway from the platform, including the required user roles and step-by-step instructions. It also highlights important limitations, such as the inability to delete pathways that have assigned learnings, and outlines how to resolve related errors before proceeding with deletion.

Follow these steps:

1. Log in as an Admin, Owner, Manager, Content Manager, or Instructor.
2. Go to the Content section.
3. Open the Pathway menu.
4. You will see a list of pathways you can manage.
5. Select the pathway you want to delete.

1. On the right side, click the trash icon.

1. A confirmation pop-up will appear asking if you’re sure you want to delete the pathway.

1. Click Confirm Deletion.

Notes

• You can only delete a pathway that has no assigned learnings.
• If the pathway has associated learnings, you will see this error message:

Pathway cannot be deleted as it is being used in one or more active learning pathways

• To proceed, you must first delete all the learnings from the pathway using the bulk delete from the quick view.
