How to Delete an Existing Learning from a User


The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to delete an existing learning from a user account.


Option 1 - How to Delete a User’s Learning From People


  1. Go to the People menu. Select the user whose learning you want to remove.




  1. Open the user’s detail page (e.g., User A). In the Learning section, you will see all learnings assigned to the user.




  1. Choose the learning you want to delete and click the three-dot menu.


  1. Select Delete and confirm the deletion.


  1. A success notification will appear once the learning has been successfully deleted.


Option 2 - How to Delete a User’s Learning From Quick View Report


A. Removing Library Content from a User

  1. Navigate to the Content section.
  2. Open the Library menu.
  3. Choose the specific library you want to remove from the user.


  1. Click View Learners.


  1. Search for the user whose learning you want to remove.


  1. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the user’s name.

B. Removing Pathway, Form, or Event from a User


  1. Go to the relevant menu (Pathway / Form / Event).


  1. Find and select the learning item you want to remove.
  2. Click View Learning.


  1. Search for the user whose learning you want to remove.
  2. Click the three-dot menu (⋯) next to the user’s name.


  1. Select Delete and confirm the deletion.
