Overview

Embedding an iframe lets you bring external tools — like booking systems, forms or interactive apps — directly into your SuperPath content. Learners can interact with the embedded tool without leaving their training, keeping the experience smooth, focused and all in one place.

Supported tools

SuperPath currently supports embedding content from:

Calendly
JotForm
Synthesia
Genially

Tip: If your team uses another tool that isn't currently supported, get in touch with the SuperPath support team — we can often enable it quickly.

How to embed an iframe

In your SuperPath content, add a new Text Step.
In the editor toolbar, open the insert menu and click the embed iframe option.
Paste the iframe code from your tool (for example Calendly or JotForm) into the field. You can also paste the tool's URL and set a height instead.
Adjust the code if needed — for example the width or height — before saving.
Click Add. Your iframe appears directly in the step.
Publish your content. Learners can now interact with the embedded tool inside SuperPath.

Example use cases

Booking training sessions: add a Calendly link so learners can schedule directly.
Collecting feedback: add a JotForm survey at the end of a module.
Interactive content: use Genially or Synthesia for rich, multimedia learning.

Things to keep in mind

Embedding keeps learners focused by reducing context switching, and centralises your tools and data collection in one place.
Only iframe content from the supported tools above will embed. To use another source, contact SuperPath support.

Who can do this

Owners, Admins, Managers, Content Managers and Instructors can add iframes, as they can create and edit content. People Managers, Employees and Restricted users cannot edit content and so cannot embed iframes.
