Overview
My Learnings is your personal home for everything you've been assigned or have started — Pathways, courses and other content, Events and Forms all appear in one list. It's where you go to see what's due, pick up where you left off, and confirm what you've already completed.

Where to find your learnings
- Sign in to SuperPath.
- Open My Learnings from the main navigation.
- You'll see a single list of all your learnings, each showing its type, its status, a progress bar and any due date.
If you haven't been assigned anything yet, you'll see a Start your journey of growth and learning message with a Discover new learning button that takes you to the Library.
Filtering and searching your learnings
Use the tabs along the top to narrow the list down. Each tab shows a count so you can see how many learnings fall into it:
- In Progress — learnings you've started but not finished (this tab also includes anything you've submitted that is awaiting review, or that was declined).
- Not Started — learnings you haven't opened yet.
- Overdue — learnings whose due date has already passed and that aren't complete.
- Due in 7 days — learnings due within the next week that aren't complete.
- Completed — learnings you've finished.
- All — everything, regardless of status.
When you first open the page, SuperPath selects the In Progress tab for you if you have anything in progress; otherwise it opens on All.
You can narrow the list further with the Type filter (for example show only Pathways, Events or Forms) and the search box, which matches on a learning's title, type, status and description.

Opening a learning
Click any learning in the list to open it:
- Pathways open on their overview page, where you can start or continue working through the steps.
- Courses, other content, Events and Forms open on their own learning page, where you can work through them and mark them complete.
A progress bar and a Start or Continue prompt on each row tell you at a glance how far through you are.
Adding learnings yourself
Not every learning has to be assigned to you. If your organisation makes content available in the Library, you can add it to your own list:
- Go to the Library.
- Open the course, Pathway or Event you're interested in.
- Click Add to My Learnings (for courses and Pathways) or Register for event (for Events).
The learning then appears in My Learnings ready to start. If a learning needs approval before you can begin, you'll see a Request Learning button instead — see How to Request a Learning That Needs Approval.
Tip: Once you've added or registered for something, the Library button changes to Continue learning (or Registered for an Event) so you can jump straight back in.
Things to keep in mind
- My Learnings brings together learnings assigned to you by a Manager or Admin and learnings you've added yourself — they all sit in the same list.
- The Overdue and Due in 7 days tabs only ever show learnings that aren't yet complete.
- Filters, search and tabs all work on your current list — they don't change what's assigned to you, only what's shown.
- New assignments appear in your list automatically; you don't need to refresh the page.
FAQs
Where do I find learnings that have been assigned to me?
Open My Learnings from the main navigation. Everything assigned to you appears there, and you can use the Not Started or In Progress tabs to focus on what still needs doing.
Why can't I see a learning I expected?
Check which tab is selected — you may be viewing In Progress when the learning is under Not Started or Completed. Switch to the All tab to see everything, and clear any Type filter or search term.
Can I add learnings myself?
Yes, if your organisation publishes content to the Library. Use Add to My Learnings or Register for event there. Some learnings require approval first and show a Request Learning button instead.
What does the "Due in 7 days" tab show?
Learnings with a due date within the next seven days that you haven't yet completed.
Who can do this
Every SuperPath user has their own My Learnings page and can see and open the learnings assigned to them or that they've added themselves — this includes Employees, Restricted users and every other role. Adding learnings yourself from the Library depends on your organisation publishing content there and, for some learnings, on approval being granted first.
