Overview

AI Forms is an AI-powered tool that automatically drafts quizzes and feedback Forms from your existing content, so you can verify understanding and measure learning outcomes without writing every question by hand. Describe what you want, or point it at a policy document, Knowledge article, web page or file, and SuperPath generates a structured first draft for you to review and refine. It's the fastest way to get to a working quiz, freeing you up to focus on curating great learning experiences.

Generate an AI Form from the Forms & Quizzes list

1. In the left-hand menu, go to Forms & Quizzes.
2. Click Auto Generate Form.
3. Choose how to generate your Form:
4. • Describe what you want in the prompt box (for example "Quiz for new employee onboarding").
   • Or attach content using the + button — Search library, Search knowledge, Upload file, or Add URL.
4. Click Create to generate a preview.
5. Review the AI-generated draft. If it's not quite right, click Try again; otherwise click Create Form to save it to your account.

Generate an AI Form from a Pathway

1. Open a Pathway.
2. Click Add step, or select an existing step or section.
3. Choose the option to generate a Form with AI.
4. Adjust your prompt as needed and click Create.
5. Review the generated quiz, then click Create Form to add it to your section.

You can also generate a Form from an entire Pathway using the generate option in the Add step list.

Tips for best results

• Use clear, structured content (policies, procedures, articles) as your source.
• Keep any video transcripts clean for more accurate question generation.
• Regenerate the draft with Try again if you'd like different question types or tone.

Things to keep in mind

• AI Forms produces a first draft — always review the generated questions before you use the Form.
• A generated Form is only saved to your account once you click Create Form from the preview. Until then, you can Try again to regenerate it.
• AI Forms automates the drafting, but the Form works exactly like any other afterwards — you can edit questions, mark correct answers, set a pass score and assign it as usual.

FAQs

Where do I start an AI Form?
Click Auto Generate Form on the Forms & Quizzes list, or use the AI generate option when adding a step or section to a Pathway.

What content can AI Forms use?
You can describe what you want in words, or attach a source: search your Library, search Knowledge, upload a file, or add a URL.

Can I change the questions afterwards?
Yes. A generated Form is a normal Form once created — edit the questions, mark correct answers and set a pass percentage just as you would for a Form you built by hand.

Why can't I see the Auto Generate Form option?
AI Forms is controlled by a tenant setting. If AI features aren't enabled for your organisation, the Auto Generate Form option won't appear — contact your SuperPath administrator.

Who can do this

Owners, Admins, Managers, Content Managers and Instructors can create Forms, so they can use AI Forms where it's available. People Managers, Employees and Restricted users have read-only access to Forms and can't create them. AI Forms is additionally gated by a tenant setting (AI Forms generator / AI course builder), so the Auto Generate Form option only appears when AI features are enabled for your organisation.
