Overview

AI Generated Text is a built-in writing assistant inside the SuperPath content editor. It helps you create or improve any written content — introductions, summaries or instructions — so you can produce clear, professional text faster. Use it to generate fresh content from a short prompt, simplify or expand existing text, and adjust the tone, structure or level of detail. It is ideal for the admins and content creators who want to spend less time typing and more time on design and impact.

How to generate new text

  1. Open a text block or section editor in SuperPath.
  2. In the editor toolbar, click AI Generate.
  3. Describe what you need (for example, "Write a welcome message for a new compliance course").
  4. Review the text the AI generates.
  5. Click Use Text to insert it directly into your editor.

How to enhance existing text

  1. Highlight the text you want to change.
  2. In the toolbar that appears above your selection, click the AI button.
  3. Choose one of the options:
    • Make shorter
    • Expand
    • Simpler language
    • Write your own prompt — for your own instructions
  4. Review the new version and click Use Text to apply the update.

Tips for best results

  • Be specific in your prompts (for example, "Explain the benefits of the RICE framework in simple terms").
  • Always review the AI's suggestions before applying them, to make sure the tone and terminology fit your audience.
  • Use Write your own prompt to tailor the voice, tone or complexity to your learning style.

Who can do this

AI Generated Text must first be enabled for your account (it is on by default; an Owner or Admin controls this in your settings). Generating new text is available to the roles that can edit content — Owners, Admins, Managers, Content Managers and Instructors. Enhancing highlighted text is available to Owners, Admins, Managers and Content Managers. People Managers, Employees and Restricted users cannot edit content and so do not see these options.
