Overview
Once learners start completing a Form or quiz, you can review what they answered. Viewing responses gives you insight into how your people are progressing through the learning in a Pathway or piece of content. This article covers opening a Form's responses and switching between the aggregated Summary and per-person Individual views.
View responses to a Form
- In the left-hand menu, go to Forms & Quizzes.
- On the Forms & Quizzes list, use the search bar to find the Form you want to view responses for.
- In that Form's row, click the view responses icon.
- SuperPath opens the Form's Responses view. The Summary tab shows the responses aggregated across everyone who has completed the Form.
Summary and Individual views
The Responses view has two tabs:
- Summary — an aggregated view across all respondents, so you can see how people answered each question at a glance.
- Individual — one respondent's submission at a time. Switch to the Individual tab to read a single learner's answers.
Good to know: If no one has completed the Form yet, you'll see "We haven't received any responses yet" instead of the Responses view.
Things to keep in mind
- Responses only appear once learners have completed the Form.

FAQs
Where do I find a Form's responses?
Open Forms & Quizzes from the left-hand menu, find the Form, and click the view responses icon in its row.
What's the difference between the Summary and Individual views?
Summary aggregates everyone's answers per question; Individual shows one respondent's submission at a time.
Why can't I see any responses?
No one has completed the Form yet. Responses appear once learners submit their answers.
Who can do this
Owners, Admins, Managers, Content Managers and Instructors can open the Forms & Quizzes area and view Form responses. People Managers, Employees and Restricted users have read-only access to Forms and don't see the Forms & Quizzes area, so they can't open the Responses view.
