Pathways, Forms, and Events History

Pathways, Forms, and Events History allows you to track and review changes made to key records in SuperPath. This is especially useful when multiple users are editing content or when audit and compliance requirements are in place.


You can see historical versions, understand what changed, and identify who made each update.





Why use record history?

Record history helps you:


  • Maintain a full audit trail for compliance purposes
  • Increase accountability across content editors
  • Understand how and why content has changed over time
  • Confidently manage updates in collaborative environments



Viewing history for a Pathway


Step-by-step



  1. Open the Pathway you want to review
  2. Click Record History
  3. Wait for the history panel to load
  4. Select a version to view the changes



You’ll be able to see:


  • Publish and unpublish actions
  • Updates to the pathway itself
  • Changes made to individual steps within the pathway





Viewing history for a Form


Step-by-step


  1. Open the Form
  2. Click Record History
  3. Select a version from the list



From here, you can see:

  • When questions were added or removed
  • Changes to question wording
  • Who made each update and when



Viewing history for an Event


Step-by-step


  1. Open the Event
  2. Click Record History
  3. Review the latest or historical changes


This includes:


  • Event configuration updates
  • Approval setting changes (e.g. manager approval)
  • Other key event-level edits
