Adding Images, Videos & Interactive Elements

The purpose of this article is to guide users through the process of enhancing their knowledge articles by adding images, videos, and interactive elements. It provides step-by-step instructions for uploading or linking media, resizing images, embedding videos, and integrating interactive content. This ensures articles are engaging, visually appealing, and interactive for end-users.

1. Click on the 'image icon' to upload an image to the knowledge article.

2. Choose to upload from Unsplash or upload an image.

3. If uploading, click 'Browse', locate your file, and select it.

4. Use the 'arrow icon' at the bottom-right of the image to adjust it to the correct sizing.

5. Your final image should look something like this.

Note: You can also include images in a table.

6. To add a video, click on the 'video icon'.

7. Enter your URL from one of the currently supported applications.

8. Click "Add".

9. Click here.

10. And finally, to add an interactive element, click on the 'Stamp Icon'.

Note: Currently only Genially is supported.

11. Click in the text box to paste your code.

12. Click "Add"

13. Your Genially interactive element will update in the viewing panel.
