Edit Knowledge Category

The purpose of this article is to provide step-by-step instructions for editing a knowledge category within the system. It explains how to navigate to the settings, access the knowledge categories, make necessary updates, and save changes. This ensures knowledge categories remain accurate and up-to-date for effective organisation and management.

From your Dashboard https://app.superpath.io/dashboard.

Click "Settings" from the menu.



Click "Features" from the settings options.



Click "Manage Knowledge Categories"



Locate the category that you would like to edit and click on the "Pencil" to open in edit mode.



Make your required changes. In this instance, I'm updating the description.



Click "Save" to complete the change.
