How to Add a Multiple Choice Question to a Form

The purpose of this article is to guide users in adding a Multiple Choice type question to a form. Multiple Choice questions is great for evaluating a bulk of learners quickly, it also eliminates the subjectivity that can be present in grading essays or short-answer questions. This ensures fairness and consistency in evaluation.


To add a Multiple Choice Question to a Form follow the steps below:

STEP 1 - In the Form Creator page, you will find two options below, choose and click "Add question"

STEP 2 - After clicking "Add question" you can now fill up the text bars with your question and options, you also have the option to make the questions required or not to proceed to the next ones.



STEP 3 - If you want to create a "Yes or No" or a "True or False" Multiple Choice Question, you can press "Add Question from Template"

STEP 3.1 - After clicking, click the dropdown arrow and choose which type of question you want to add.



STEP 3.2 - Fill up the text bar with your question, you can also press the Show Toolbar button to make use of the rich text editor toolbar. NOTE: Any changes made to Forms are automatically saved.
