How to Add an Open Text Question to a Form
The purpose of this article is to guide users in adding an Open Text Question to a form. Open Text Questions allow respondents to answer in detail that can provide deep and rich insights about their thoughts, and understanding.
To add an Open Text Question to a Form follow the steps below:
STEP 1 - In the Form Creator page, you will find two options below, choose and click "Add question"
STEP 2 - After clicking "Add Question" click the drop down button and choose "Open text answer"
STEP 3 - After choosing "Open text answer" you can now fill up the text bars with your question, in the question title and if you want to, put down a suggested answer or a model answer. NOTE: Any changes made to Forms are automatically saved.
