How to Contact Our Team

Have an issue, a question or a suggestion? There are two ways to reach us:

• Chat with us in SuperPath — click the chat bubble in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
• Email us — write to support@superpath.io.

Note: The in-app chat bubble is only available on desktop, and your account can control which roles see it (Settings → Features → SuperPath Support). Email always works, whatever your role.

Who can do this

Anyone can email support@superpath.io. Access to the in-app chat depends on your account's chat support setting, which Owners and Admins can change under Settings → Features.
