How to Control Library Access Permissions


The purpose of this guideline is to help administrators clearly control and manage who can access the Library, ensuring that sensitive or internal content is only available to the appropriate user groups. It helps maintain data security, prevents unauthorized access, and allows organizations to align access levels with roles and responsibilities (e.g., admin-only vs. wider team access).


How to Control Library Access Permissions

  1. Log in as an admin/owner.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Library tab.
  4. Scroll down until you find Library Content.
  5. Go to the setting Who can access the library?
  6. Select who is allowed to access the library: Everyone / Managers & Admins / Admin Only
  7. Click Save.
