Updating the Dashboard Banner


The purpose of this article is to guide users through the process of customising the dashboard banner in SuperPath. It provides step-by-step instructions for enabling the banner, adding a title, message, button, URL, and selecting colours or images. This ensures a personalised and visually appealing dashboard that enhances user engagement and aligns with organisational branding.


  1. Navigate to https://app.superpath.io/settings#general
  2. Click "Theme"



  1. Toggle the Dashboard Banner to green if it is not already to enable you to update.
    Note: If you enable your Dashboard Banner is must have an image OR a background colour with a title.



  1. Click on the text box to enter a Banner Title.



  1. Click on the text box to enter a Banner Message.



  1. Click on the text box to enter a Button Label.



  1. Click on the text box to enter a URL.



  1. To update any of the background or text colours, click on the drop-down.



  1. Either type in the HEX code for the colour you want or use the tool to select it, click 'OK'."



  1. Click "Save"



  1. To view your new-look dashboard, click on 'Dashboard'.



  1. Your banner will be presented at the top of the page.



  1. You can also add images to your banner.
    Note: you can add PNG or GIF here, but your banner image height should be 250px. The image width will expand with the page, with your image anchored to the top-left.



  1. You can choose one of the following options:


  • Search for an image on Unsplash.
  • Click the upload icon to use your own image.



  1. If uploading, click 'Browse', locate your file and select it.



  1. Click "Save"



  1. Now if you go to your Dashboard, you will see the image that you have uploaded in addition to any Title/Messages you have added.
