Overview

The Theme tab is where you brand SuperPath to match your organisation. From one screen you can upload your logo and icon, set your primary colour, add a custom login page image, and build a Dashboard Banner. Together these give your learners a consistent, branded experience from the login screen through to their Dashboard.

To open it, go to Settings → Theme. This article gives you an overview of each option, with links to step-by-step guides.

Company logo and icon

Upload your logo (shown above the left-hand menu) and your icon (the favicon in the browser tab). The logo must be a PNG (max 500KB); the icon can be PNG, SVG or ICO (max 50KB).

See Uploading a Logo and Icon for the full steps.

Custom colour

Set your brand's primary colour — the accent colour applied to buttons, links and icons across the platform. A live preview shows how it will look before you save. A darker colour is recommended for a better end-user experience.

See How to Set Your Brand's Primary Colour for the full steps.

Custom login page

Add a background image to your login page so it reflects your brand. The login page also displays your logo and applies your primary colour to its buttons. This option appears once you've uploaded a logo and set a primary colour.

See Custom Login Pages and How to Change Them for the full steps.

Dashboard banner

Add a custom banner to the top of the Dashboard for all users. You can include a title, a message, a call-to-action button with its own link, and either a background colour or an image.

See Updating the Dashboard Banner for the full steps.

Things to keep in mind

  • All Theme changes are saved together using the Save bar at the top of the screen.
  • The custom login page only becomes available once both a logo and a primary colour are set.
  • We recommend a darker brand colour, as lighter colours can be hard to read against white backgrounds.
  • Theme customisation is only available on paid accounts. If you don't see the Theme options, your account will show a message about upgrading.

FAQs

Where do I find these settings?
All of them live on one tab: Settings → Theme.

Do my changes apply to everyone?
Yes. Branding, the login page and the Dashboard Banner apply across your whole account for all users.

Why can't I see the Theme options?
Theme customisation is a paid-account feature. If your account isn't on a paid plan, you'll see an upgrade message instead of the options.

Who can do this

Owners and Admins can change the Theme settings. Managers, Content Managers, People Managers, Instructors, Employees and Restricted users cannot — the Settings area is restricted to Owners and Admins. Theme customisation is also a paid-account feature, so the options only appear where it has been enabled.
