How to Control Roadmaps Access Permissions

The purpose of this guideline is to help administrators manage and control access to the Roadmaps feature, ensuring that only the appropriate users can view or interact with it based on their roles. This supports better information control, improves security, and helps keep roadmap visibility aligned with organizational needs.

How to Control Roadmaps Access Permissions

1. Log in as an admin/owner.
2. Go to Settings.
3. Open the Features section.
4. Scroll down until you find the Roadmaps section.
5. Set who can access Roadmaps: Everyone / Managers & Admins / Admin Only
6. Click Save.
