Overview
If you've hidden your setup checklist, you can reopen it from Settings whenever you want to review your progress or finish off the remaining tasks. The checklist page is always available from Settings → General, even after you've dismissed the sidebar shortcut.
How to reopen the setup checklist
- Go to Settings → General.
- In the Company details area, find the Onboarding checklist setting. It reads "Onboarding checklist" with the description "Complete your setup steps to get your platform up and running."
- Click View Onboarding Checklist to open the checklist page.
Good to know: "Reopening" takes you back to the checklist page so you can review your progress. It doesn't restore the Setup Checklist shortcut in the sidebar or the on-page Hide checklist block once you've previously hidden them — those stay hidden. Whenever you want to see the checklist again, just come back to Settings → General and click View Onboarding Checklist.
Things to keep in mind
- The Onboarding checklist setting lives in the Company details area of Settings → General.
- Once you've hidden the checklist, the sidebar Setup Checklist link stays hidden — Settings → General becomes your way back to the page.
- Your completed tasks are preserved, so reopening shows your existing progress with completed tasks still ticked.
FAQs
Where is the setting to reopen the checklist?
Go to Settings → General and look in the Company details area for Onboarding checklist, then click View Onboarding Checklist.
Why hasn't the sidebar shortcut come back?
Reopening the checklist takes you to the page but doesn't restore the sidebar link once you've hidden it. To view the checklist again in future, return to Settings → General and click View Onboarding Checklist.
Will I lose my progress by reopening it?
No. Any tasks you've already completed stay ticked when you reopen the checklist.
Who can do this
The Onboarding checklist setting in Settings → General is only shown to the account Owner — the person who created the account. Other roles don't see the checklist or this setting.
