Overview
If your organisation has configured single sign-on (SSO), you can sign in to SuperPath using your work account through your organisation's identity provider. There is no separate SuperPath password to remember — you use the same credentials you use for your other work systems.
SuperPath keys SSO off your work email, so in most cases you simply enter your email and SuperPath sends you to your organisation's login to complete sign-in.
How to sign in with your company SSO
- Go to the Sign in with SSO page.

- Enter your work email in the Enter your email to continue field.
- Click Sign in with SSO. If your organisation has SSO configured for your email domain, you are taken to your identity provider to sign in. Complete your organisation's sign-in prompts and you are returned to SuperPath.
Good to know: You do not always need to visit the SSO page first. If you enter an SSO-configured email on the main sign-in page and click Continue, SuperPath recognises this and redirects you to the SSO flow automatically.
Things to keep in mind
- Use your work email — the one your organisation set up for SSO. If you enter an email that is not configured for SSO, you will see a message such as "This email is not configured to use custom single sign-on" or "Please sign in with your work email".
- There is no always-visible SSO button on the main sign-in page and no separate company or domain field to fill in — SSO is determined from your email.
- Some organisations have a branded login URL (for example, one ending in your organisation's name) that shows the SSO sign-in option directly. If your organisation uses one, your administrator will share that link with you.
- If your email is not recognised for SSO, sign in with the method configured for your account instead — a password, Google, Microsoft, or a magic link.
FAQs
I entered my email but was told it isn't configured for SSO — what now?
That email domain is not set up for single sign-on. Make sure you are using your work email, and if it still doesn't work, check with your platform administrator whether SSO is enabled for your account.
Do I need a SuperPath password for SSO?
No. Sign-in is handled by your organisation's identity provider, so you use your work credentials rather than a SuperPath password.
Why was I redirected to SSO from the normal login page?
If your email is configured for SSO, SuperPath sends you to the SSO flow automatically after you click Continue, so you land in the right place without needing the dedicated SSO page.
Who can do this
Anyone whose organisation has configured SSO for their email domain can sign in this way, using their work email. If SSO is not configured for your account, use the sign-in method set up for you instead.
