Overview

Your profile photo (avatar) appears next to your name across SuperPath, so adding one helps colleagues and Managers recognise you. You can upload a new photo, replace an existing one, or remove it entirely from your profile page. This is separate from your other profile details, which live in the Edit your account window.

How to update your profile photo

  1. Click your profile icon in the top-right corner of the page and select My Profile.
  2. Hover over your avatar. If you don't have a photo yet, you'll see Add; if you already have one, you'll see a pencil (edit) icon instead. Click it to open the Change avatar window.

  1. Click Upload photo and choose an image from your device.
  2. Once the preview updates, click Save.

How to remove your profile photo

  1. Open the Change avatar window (hover your avatar and click Add or the pencil icon, whichever appears).
  2. Click Remove avatar.
  3. Click Save to confirm.

Things to keep in mind

  • Images must be .jpg, .jpeg or .png files, and no larger than 500KB.
  • There is no built-in cropping — upload the image already sized the way you want it to appear.
  • Your changes are only applied once you click Save; closing the window with Cancel discards them.

FAQs

What image formats and size can I use?
You can upload a .jpg, .jpeg or .png file up to 500KB.

Can I crop or reposition my photo?
No — SuperPath doesn't offer cropping. Prepare the image at the size and framing you'd like before uploading.

How do I go back to just my initials?
Open the Change avatar window, click Remove avatar, then Save. Your initials will be shown in place of a photo.

Who can do this

Any signed-in user can update or remove their own profile photo — this is self-service and not restricted by role. If your account is managed by a partner or reseller that has disabled member modifications, editing your profile may be unavailable.
