🪜 Step-by-step: Creating an AI Form

Create AI Forms from Forms List

1. Navigate to Forms from the main menu.
2. Click “Auto-generate form”.
3. Choose how to generate your form:

• • Describe what you want (e.g. “Quiz for new employee onboarding”)
  • Select content from your library, upload a file, paste a URL, or use a video transcript.

4. Review the AI-generated preview.
5. Click Create Form to save it to your account.

Creating AI Forms from a Learning Pathway

1. Open a pathway
2. Click Add step or select an existing one (can be a step or section)
3. Click the **“Generate Form” **icon.
4. Customised your prompt and click create
5. Review the generated quiz and click Create Form to add it to your section.
6. You can also generate a form from an entire pathway by clicking Generate Form in the Add Step list.
