How to View Responses to Forms
The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to view responses to forms. Viewing the response to forms is important so that administrators may have insights about the learnings of the users within Pathways or learning content.
To view responses to forms follow the steps below:
STEP 1 - On the left hand side, you will find the Library, click on it and it will show three (3) different choices. Click on Forms & Quizzes.***
STEP 2 - After clicking Forms & Quizzes, it will bring you to the Forms & Quizzes library. On the search bar, type which Form you are looking to view responses for.
STEP 3 - Click the view response icon on the form you want to view the responses for.
STEP 4 - After clicking the View Response button, you will find the response to your form. You can view the Summary of the responses
You can also see the Individual Responses by clicking on the Individual Responses
