Inserting Cover Images
The purpose of this article is to provide step-by-step instructions for adding a cover image to a knowledge article. It explains how to select or upload an image, adjust its size, and publish the updated article. This ensures articles are visually appealing and aligned with branding or content requirements.
Navigate to https://app.superpath.io/knowledge/list
Click on the Knowledge Article you would like to add a cover image to.
Click "Add cover"
Click on the 3 dots (...).
Choose one of the following options:
Click "Choose from Unsplash" to search for an image.
Click the upload icon to use your own image.
If uploading, click 'Browse' locate your file, and select it.
Note: In this instance, we have used an image that is 1200 x 300px.
Once your image has loaded, click on the 'Draft' dropdown.
Click "Publish" to republish your knowledge article.
To view the update, click "Articles".
To view your update, click "Knowledge".
Navigate to the bottom of the page in the Featured Articles section.
