SuperPath allows you to operate our application under your own business domain using a custom subdomain. This feature, available with your paid SuperPath subscription, provides a seamless experience for your users, directing all future communications from SuperPath to your chosen subdomain.

How Custom Subdomains Work

When you choose to use a custom subdomain, you'll select a subdomain (e.g., learning.yourcompany.com) that will point to our custom.superpath.io address. We use a highly secure reverse proxy to manage this connection, ensuring all traffic continues to flow through our Web Application Firewall (WAF) powered by Cloudflare for robust security.

The Setup Process

Here's a step-by-step breakdown of how to set up your custom subdomain:

1. Request Your Subdomain: You'll first speak with our support team to request your desired subdomain. This allows us to make necessary platform updates for security purposes.
2. SuperPath Internal Setup: Our team will configure our system to prepare for your custom subdomain.
3. Add a CNAME Record: We'll then ask you to add a CNAME record to your domain's DNS (Domain Name System) settings. This record tells the internet that your chosen subdomain (e.g., learning.yourcompany.com) should point to custom.superpath.io. We will confirm the exact subdomain you've agreed upon.
4. Notify SuperPath: Once you've added the CNAME record, please let our support team know.
5. SuperPath Activation: We'll verify the CNAME record on our end and then activate the custom domain for your SuperPath account.
