Overview

The Custom Image Library makes it easy to upload, manage and reuse images across your SuperPath learning assets and themes. With a central library, you'll spend less time re-uploading files and more time creating consistent, professional-looking content — logos, headers and common graphics all live in one place, ready to drop into your content.

How to access the Image Library

  1. Go to Settings → Library.
  2. Click Manage Image Library.
  3. You'll see the Image Library — a dedicated space where all your uploaded images live. Use the search box to find an image by name, and switch between list and tile views.

How to upload images

  1. Click Add Image.
  2. Select one or more files from your computer. Supported file types are PNG and JPG.
  3. Uploaded images appear in your library, where you can give each a name to make it easy to search for later.

Add New Images

Tip: Use high-quality images for the best appearance across different learning formats, but keep files reasonably sized (under 5MB).

How to reuse images across SuperPath

  1. Open a course, theme or learning asset you're editing.
  2. Use the image picker where you want a visual to appear, and choose Choose from library.
  3. Select an image directly from your library — no need to re-upload it.

Tip: Keep your most-used visuals — logos, headers and common graphics — in the library to save time and keep your branding consistent.

Things to keep in mind

  • Use clear names so you (and your team) can quickly find images later.
  • Higher-resolution files look sharper across different layouts, but keep an eye on file size.
  • Before uploading a new image, check whether it already exists in the library to avoid duplicates.
  • When updating a brand asset, replace the existing file rather than adding a new copy, so visuals stay consistent across your content.

FAQs

What file types can I upload?
PNG and JPG images. Keep files reasonably sized (under 5MB) for the best performance.

Where can I use images from the library?
Anywhere you can pick an image in SuperPath — courses, themes and other learning assets — by choosing Choose from library in the image picker.

How do I remove an image?
Open the Image Library, find the image and delete it. You'll be asked to confirm before it's removed.

Who can do this

Owners and Admins can manage the Image Library. Managers, Content Managers, People Managers, Instructors, Employees and Restricted users cannot open it — the Settings area is restricted to Owners and Admins. Images already saved to the library can, however, be reused by anyone who has access to the image picker while editing content.
