Bulk Import Knowledge Articles

Overview

The Bulk Import feature allows you to quickly bring existing documents, such as policies, SOPs, guides and reference material into SuperPath as Knowledge Articles.

This is ideal for teams migrating from another system, cleaning up legacy content, or rapidly building out their internal knowledge base.

SuperPath uses AI to format your documents for readability while preserving the content verbatim, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Why Use Bulk Import?

• Save time: Import up to 10 documents at once instead of copying content manually.
• Maintain accuracy: Content is copied exactly as it appears in your PDFs or Word documents.
• Improve readability: AI restructures the text into a cleaner, more readable format.
• Preserve formatting: Tables and structural elements are retained wherever possible.
• Centralise information: Quickly build a single source of truth inside SuperPath.

Supported File Types

• PDF (.pdf)
• Microsoft Word (.doc, .docx)

You can upload up to 10 files at a time, with an approximate limit of 10 pages per document.

How to Bulk Import Knowledge Articles

1. Go to Manage Articles

Navigate to Knowledge → Manage Articles from the SuperPath sidebar.

2. Click Create Article and Select Import

3. Add Your Files

Select one or multiple files from your computer.

You can:

• Upload up to 10 files
• Remove selected files before importing
• Add additional files if needed

4. Start the Import

Click Import.

SuperPath will upload each file and begin processing.

During this step:

• Content is extracted directly from your document
• AI structures the article for readability
• No content is summarised or altered

Processing may take a short time depending on file size.

5. Review Your Imported Articles

Once completed, your newly imported articles will appear at the top of the Knowledge list.

Click into any article to:

• Review the imported content
• Adjust formatting or spacing
• Add tags or assign to pathways

Tips for Best Results

• Keep documents under ~10 pages for optimal processing
• Ensure tables are clearly structured in the source file
• If importing large backlogs, break uploads into batches of 10
