Using the Custom Image Library

The Custom Image Library makes it easy to upload, manage, and reuse images across all of your Superpath learning assets and themes. With a centralised image library, you’ll spend less time re-uploading files and more time creating consistent, professional-looking content.

Why use the Custom Image Library?

Here’s what you can expect when using the library:

💡 Pro Tip: Keep your most-used visuals (logos, headers, common graphics) in the library to save time.

Step 5: Update Images Everywhere at Once

One of the most powerful features of the Custom Image Library is global updates:

  • Replace an image in the library.
  • That change is automatically reflected everywhere the image is used.

For example: If you update your company logo in the library, it will update across all of your courses and themes instantly.

Best Practices

  • Stay organised: Use clear naming conventions and tags so team members can quickly find images.
  • Use high-resolution files: Images will look sharp across different layouts.
  • Think globally: Before re-uploading an image, check if it already exists in the library.
  • Replace, don’t duplicate: When updating brand assets, replace the existing file to keep visuals consistent across all learning content.

Summary

The Custom Image Library is your one-stop shop for managing visuals in Superpath. With centralised storage, reusable assets, and global updates, you’ll:

  • Save time
  • Keep branding consistent
  • Streamline your content creation process
