How to Add an Announcement for Specific Teams
The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to add an announcement to their SuperPath dashboard but only for specific teams. These announcements are vital because they immediately capture users' attention upon login, ensuring critical updates and key information are seen front and center.
To add an announcement for specific teams follow the steps below:
- STEP 1 - On the left side of the platform select Settings, afterwards choose the Features tab, scroll down to find the Dashboard section.
- STEP 2 - Enable Dashboard Announcements to allow announcements to appear on the users' dashboards.
- STEP 3 - To create an announcement, click manage announcements, you will be brought to the announcements settings, click Create announcement.
- STEP 4 - After clicking create announcement a new window will pop up allowing you to put down the necessary information for your announcement. After adding all your necessary information, you can restrict to which teams this announcement is visible.
