How to Generate a Completion Certificate for a User

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to generate and access completion certificates within SuperPath. These certificates aim to provide tangible evidence of completed learning, supporting both individual achievement and organizational record-keeping.

To generate completion certificates follow the steps below:

• STEP 1 - On the left hand-side click the People tab.
  

• STEP 2 - Once inside, you will see the list of people or employees that are in SuperPath. Select the user you want to download a certificate for.

• STEP 3 - Once you've chosen which user you want to download a certificate for, select the completed learning content you want to download a certificate for. (NOTE: You can only download a certificate if they've finished the learning content)
  
• STEP 4 - Click the three dots on the right and select Download Certificate.
