Scheduled Learnings
The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to access and interpret the Scheduled Learnings report in SuperPath. It explains how to view a list of all scheduled learning events, their start dates, recurrence, assignees, and statuses, as well as how to navigate the calendar view for additional details. This ensures users can effectively track and manage scheduled training activities.
Navigate to https://app.superpath.io/reports
Click on 'Scheduled Learnings'.
This will provide a 'Title' list of all of the scheduled learning events in the system.
The 'Start' column shows the original start date for the learning.
The 'Schedule' column indicates if this was a one-off learning or if there is a reoccurrence and frequency of those occurrences.
The 'Assignees' column will show any individuals or teams that are scheduled to complete the training.
The 'Status' column indicates if the learning is still active or has been completed.
In addition to the list view, you can view my calendar month.
Navigate through the months by using the 'Previous', 'Today' or 'Next Month' buttons.
Clicking on a date with a learning scheduled will provide additional details.
