How to Disable or Delete an Announcement

The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to disable or delete an announcement. Deleting or disabling an announcement is important so that when the announcement is no longer relevant, it will no longer show to the users' dashboards.

To disable or delete an announcement follow the steps below:

• STEP 1 - On the left side of the platform select Settings, afterwards choose the Features tab, scroll down to find the Dashboard section.

• STEP 2 - Click manage announcements, you will be brought to the announcements library.

• STEP 3 - Select which announcement you want to disable or delete. The STOP icon disables the announcement, while the TRASHCAN icon deletes the announcement altogether.
