Scheduled Reports

📌 Overview

Scheduled Reports allow you to automatically send a saved report to selected people or teams on a recurring basis. It’s ideal for leaders who need regular insights into completion rates, overdue learning, onboarding progress, or compliance activity, without manually generating a report each time.

This feature builds on SuperPath’s Saved Reports and works similarly to Assign Learning or Schedule Learning, making it familiar and easy to use.

⭐ Why use Scheduled Reports?

Scheduled Reports help you:

  • Automate repetitive reporting tasks, saving admin time.
  • Keep leaders consistently informed on training activity.
  • Support compliance requirements with reliable, repeatable reporting.
  • Improve data accuracy, ensuring decisions are based on up-to-date results.
  • Secure learner information, with protected access via login-only downloads.

🔐 Security & Access

Report emails do not contain the CSV attachment.

Instead, the email includes a secure link to the report:

  • Only the scheduled recipients can access the report.
  • If a recipient isn’t logged in, they’ll be prompted to authenticate.
  • CSVs are downloaded directly from SuperPath, keeping data protected.

This approach avoids sending sensitive information through email, which is long-lived and insecure.

đŸ“„ What you receive

Recipients of a Scheduled Report receive an email at 7am based on the report’s schedule. The email includes:

  • Your organisation’s branding
  • The report name
  • A secure button to view the latest data
  • Access to download the report as a CSV
