Skills Matrix Report
The purpose of this article is to guide users on how to generate and utilise the Skills Matrix Report in SuperPath. It provides step-by-step instructions for selecting specific employees or teams, adding skills for analysis, and reviewing the status of each skill. It also explains how to edit, export, and save the report for future use, ensuring organisations can effectively track and manage skill competencies across their workforce.
Navigate to https://app.superpath.io/reports
Click on 'Skills Matrix'.
In this report, you are required to select the specific employee or team you want to report on. Let's search for and click on the Engineering Team.
In the 'Select Skills' section add all of the skills you which to report on by starting to type the skill and once it is shown, click on it to select.
In this example, we have added three engineering skills and leadership beginner level.
Click 'Generate'.
The report will reveal the members of the Engineering Team and the status of each skill, a green tick for 'Has Skill' and a red cross for 'Does NOT have skill'.
Click 'Edit' if you want to make changes to the team or skills.
We have added another leadership skill, click 'Generate'.
Click 'Export' to export the data shown into a CSV file that will be sent to your 'Downloads' folder on your computer.
If you want to save the file to generate again at a later date, click on the 'Save Report' button.
Give the report a name that will allow you to easily identify it in the 'Saved Reports' tab. Click 'Save'.
