The purpose of this guideline is to help administrators manage and control access to the Knowledge Base feature, ensuring that only the appropriate users can view or interact with it based on their roles. This supports better information control, improves security, and helps keep roadmap visibility aligned with organizational needs.


How to Control **Knowledge Base **Access Permissions

  1. Log in as an admin/owner.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Open the Features section.


  1. Scroll down until you find the Knowledge Base section.


  1. Set who can access Knowledge Base: Everyone / Managers & Admins / Admin Only


  1. Click Save.
