Overview

Global Search lets you jump straight to a person, Team or piece of learning content without clicking through menus. It's the search bar in the top navigation bar: type a keyword, pick a result, and SuperPath takes you directly to it — a quick way to get around the platform.

  1. In the top navigation bar, click the search bar. You can use it to find People, Teams and learning content.

  1. To find a person, type their name — the search returns the closest matches, with their email shown to help you tell people apart.

  1. To find a Team, type the Team's name and select the closest match.

  1. To find learning content, type its title. Global Search covers content, Pathways, Roadmaps, Forms, Events and Knowledge articles. Click any result to go straight to it.

Things to keep in mind

  • Results are grouped by type (People, Teams, and the different kinds of learning content), and each result is labelled with its type.
  • Searching matches the closest results rather than requiring an exact title — a few letters is usually enough.
  • Clicking a result navigates you directly to that person, Team or item.

FAQs

What can I search for?
People, Teams and learning content — including content, Pathways, Roadmaps, Forms, Events and Knowledge articles.

Where is the search bar?
It's in the top navigation bar, available on every page once you're signed in.

Do I need an exact name?
No — Global Search matches the closest results, so a keyword or partial name will usually surface what you're after.

Who can do this

Global Search is available to Owners and Admins — the search bar appears in the top navigation bar for those roles. Managers, People Managers, Content Managers, Instructors, Employees and Restricted users don't see the Global Search bar.
